Laser engraving is a non-contact process that uses a focused beam of light to burn or vaporize the surface of a material, such as wood or metal, leaving a permanent mark or design. Think of a pencil, but high-tech and computer controlled. This "pencil" removes a tiny layer of material to create precise, durable, and high contrast designs, logos, images and more. Once we create your design on the computer, the laser beam will focus on the surface, assisted by the intense heat of the engraver, creating your PERFECT design!

Crafts By Us was founded in January of 2025 by three women- Jeni, Kayla, and Amanda. Formerly known as DyeHardCreations, a crafting business focused mainly on just sublimation products, has decided to expand its wings to more opportunities to satisfy customers in a way sublimating could not achieve, by introducing a new style of crafting: laser engraving.

Sublimation crafting is simply just a method where special ink is printed onto paper, then transferred onto various items by heat and pressure. With sublimation, items can vary from tumblers to car coasters, and even t-shirts.

While laser engraving only truly consists of a specific website to design and the engraver itself, sublimation requires more, such as a printer/ink, sublimation paper itself, and a high heat source such as a heat press.

We will NEVER send out our product without showing the finished product to the customer first. Once given the thumbs up, we will then proceed to send said product off. Not satisfied? We will be MORE than happy to restart until needs are satisfied.
